I had never witnessed the taking of a life.
you sprinted down the road, chasing your owner’s car with all the strength you had.
I turned onto my street, noticing you, but you didn’t stop chasing your owner.
you had faith.
the truck behind me had no regard for life, as you attempted to cross the street, you were struck and shoved the to the side the road. the truck never stopped.
I turned around. I saw your lifeless corpse, it lay half in the street, half in the grass. I couldn’t bare the sight anymore, and went on home. as I was turning around, your owner’s car appeared again, pulled over in the grass. I watched them. they stayed in their car for a while, crushed. I felt their pain.
I parked in my driveway and sat there with the door open and reflected.
I looked down at my chest and saw her necklace, and kissed it, kissed faith. I heard a deep cry from down the street, and I couldn’t contain myself. I entered my house, put my things down and went straight to Sparky. I held him close and reminded myself how lucky I am, not just for a companion, but for life in general. I’ve come to appreciate life and everything that comes with it.
I lay here tonight, tears remind me death is just a part of life.
You looked so innocent, so happy running down the street. but I know you’re in a better place now.
I have faith.

I wake to the thought of you

This past week has been absolutely crazy, and I loved every moment of it.

I got to cross-dress for a week, wear retarded clothes that my mother probably lost her virginity in, wear amazing bras, participate in Wacky Olympics with the best Onions alive, and then top it all off with Homecoming which was aognlaglngion oamggag aka no words.

I don’t even know what’s going on I’m just content with life right now and omg so many feels I love this can it be Spirit Week every week please.
